About the Instructors

Dr. Alex Auerbach
Alex is a licensed clinical and sport psychologist, certified mental performance consultant, and board-certified sports coach. He's been able to leverage his Ph.D. and MBA to build several multiple, six-figure businesses.

Michael Fulwiler
Michael is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience working with therapists. Outside of his full-time role as the Director of Brand at Heard, he generates income through coaching, consulting, speaking, and newsletter sponsorships.

Course Schedule

The cohort will meet weekly for 60 minutes. Live attendance is encouraged but all sessions will be recorded for later viewing.Week One: Goals and Mindset
• Setting goals and figuring out what you want in your business
• Overcoming imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs
• Moving from a scarcity to abundance mindset
Week Two: Creating Your Offering
• Identifying what you're uniquely qualified to create an offering about
• Translating your clinical skills to non-clinical offerings like consulting, coaching, and speaking
• Determining your ideal customer profile (ICP) for your offering
Week Three: Launching Your Offering
• How to deliver your offering
• How much to charge for your offering
• How to market your offering
Week Four: Optimizing Your Offering
• How to ask for feedback to improve your offering
• How to run experiments with pricing and packaging
• How to set up your business for long-term success without burning out

Course Cost

The course costs $399 and is limited to 20 therapists.As a professional development expense, the cost of the course is 100% tax deductible.In addition to the weekly, 60-minute sessions, you'll also get access to a private community with your cohort and unlimited email and Loom video access to the instructors during the length of the program.
